Cargo Force has established, implemented, administered and maintained security programs that encompass all facets of mail and cargo operations. We are committed to providing a safe and secure working environment. Cargo Force will adhere to all the security requirements established by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transportation Security Agency (TSA), Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), the local airports authority and the U.S. Postal Service. The USPS and Department of Defense (DoD) will be allowed to conduct inspections at any time.
Cargo Force has over 160 employees working in the Newark area. Cargo Force has a good hiring practice and most of the recruiting of new hires is done by word of mouth. We also advertise in the local newspapers, electronic media and at local colleges. We do not foresee any problems hiring and training the necessary employees prior to the start-up of this contract.
Also, most of the present staff working next door at our SNET THS are part-time employees. We plan to convert some of these to full-time positions to be given to our most experienced and loyal employees. Having already passed the required security clearance, they can begin working immediately for this operation.
